Search or booking a hotel

This search is a service of booking.com and the result of your search will be redirected to the pages of booking.com. On this site, the privacy policy of booking.com applies.

On the results pages, booking.com shows you the price of the available hotels / accommodations after the hotel search you have performed, and by default we show the cheapest room and board type. The price refers to the number of rooms (for example, if the customer searches for four people and two rooms, we show the total amount for two rooms and four people). In the individual hotel offers, available catering options are described, as well as possible prices for breakfast, half board or "all inclusive" and "free cancellation". If booking.com does not show a catering offer in the hotel search, booking.com usually offers the hotel price for "overnight stay only". Please note that despite the display on the results page, after selecting a specific hotel offer, you can select the desired room and board type on the following hotel details page before proceeding with the booking process. On the hotel detail page, you will see the different prices that apply depending on the room and board type selected, as well as the hotel's cancellation policy in case of a free cancellation option (e.g. until which date the booking can be cancelled free of charge and what cancellation fees the hotel will charge in case of a cancellation after the cancellation date).

The price shown by booking.com is inclusive of our administration fees - if applicable - and VAT in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.

Ranking criteria

"Ranking" means the relative importance of the offers displayed on the booking.com website or the relevance of the search results as presented, organized or communicated to clients. The goal is to provide booking.com's customers with the highest quality offer with balanced price options first. Since booking.com's business model allows customers to search for and book thousands of destinations around the world, we need a solution that allows our customers to find and book the best solution for each destination. This is made possible by an automatic and dynamic standard ranking solution.

Hotel and accommodation ranking

After you enter your destination and travel dates, booking.com will show you a page with all available offers. To help you find our best accommodations, booking.com has ranked them according to the "Recommended" criterion.

To determine the recommended offer, booking.com uses an algorithm that takes into account the following parameters:

  1. The rates offered by the accommodation (compared to the rates of the other accommodations available for the same destination);
  2. The type of accommodation (we balance the offers of the major hotel chains with other alternative accommodation options such as B&Bs, guest houses, apartments, villa aparthotels or campsites);
  3. The guest rating of the accommodation (calculated based on guest reviews obtained and verified by third-party providers);
  4. And the popularity of the accommodation (measured in % of clicks and bookings).

booking.com may also use additional parameters such as the distance of the accommodation from the city center and the number of stars of the accommodation, which booking.com considers less relevant and therefore contribute less to the overall rating compared to the previous parameters. booking.com believes that all of the above parameters - in combination with our internal algorithm - can find the most relevant accommodation results for customers and rank them accordingly.

You can always change how the offers are displayed by selecting the other filters at the top of the page, such as price, hotel type or reviews from other customers.
